Hospital visit today, went to see my IBD nurse for a check up.
Well, they've up'd my Mercaptopurine and Prednisilone again. Hopefully they'll start working soon as it doesn't feel like they are at the moment.
Another visit to them in four weeks for another check up. Hopefully it'll be good news by then!

Crap week so far!
Guts aren't being very nice this week.
Not sure if it's the medicine that's not working or sliding of the SCD diet rails.
Roll on hospital appointment tomorrow!

Long day and a hard walk!
Exmoor was the destination today.
Parking near Porlock and walking over to Dunkery Beacon. Well, it looked easy on paper but those hills, they were killers! Very prolonged steep ascents, good practice though, definitely knew my heart was beating after climbing them. Ended up doing a total of 13.6 miles.
The weather was ok, rain came in on the last couple of miles, nothing bad and to be honest the wet stuff was welcome by then, nice and cooling.
As for this evening, started feeling very light headed, I think I over did it a little, awake at 3:00 am and 2.5 hour drive there and back, my colitis was giving me grief too, so I'm tucked up in bed ready for sleep now.
